You have many options when choosing to give back to your community and appreciate your interest in The Denver Hospice and preserving hospice and palliative care for all in our community who need expert, compassionate end of life care.
The Grateful Hearts program is The Denver Hospice’s community of giving. With your donation, The Denver Hospice can meet the needs of more than 4,600 families and patients across the region who need our help each year. Your gifts make it possible for us to continue to offer exceptional services and end-of-life care to our community. In addition, services such as palliative care, help for medically fragile children, veteran’s care, and anticipatory grief and bereavement counseling are all supported through the generosity of our donors.
Your gift, large or small, is powerful. It allows us to offer compassionate care to meet the needs of every patient without exception.
Without you, we could not provide the services and the level of care that our organization is known for. It is easy and quick for you to express your thanks to a hospice staff member or honor a loved one with any gift you choose.
Thank you for including The Denver Hospice in your giving.
